Requirements

• Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• NP Certification and TX license required
• 1-2 years of NP Experience required
• Current RN license for the State of Texas
• Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner in the State of Texas

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a family medicine setting
• Utilize EPIC EMR documentation system for patient records
• Meet CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure
• Collaborate with the supervising physician and/or Medical Director
• Focus on maintaining high quality scores and standards of care
