Requirements

A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
Successful completion of an accredited residency program in Neurology
Valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of employment
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) or an equivalent recognized body
Current DEA registration

Nice To Haves

Fellowship training in a neurology subspecialty (e.g., stroke, epilepsy, neuromuscular, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, or neurocritical care) is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients presenting with a variety of neurological conditions.
Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address each patient's specific needs.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams will be integral to your daily activities, ensuring an integrated approach to patient care.
Support telemedicine initiatives for overnight and weekend coverage, thereby enhancing the accessibility of neurological care for our patients.
