Experienced Multi-System Roofer – Flagstaff Area Residential & Commercial | Full-Time $25–$35 per Hour (DOE) Build With Skill. Work With Pride. Grow With Stability. We are looking for highly skilled roofers with strong multi-system experience who want steady work, competitive pay, and long-term growth with a stable company. Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of roofing experience
- Hands-on experience with: Tile roofing, Shingle systems, Foam roofing, Metal roofing, Walk decks
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial applications
- Ability to diagnose and complete quality repairs and installations
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel when required
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset

- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain multiple roofing systems
- Perform tear-offs and reroof projects
- Ensure roofs are weather-tight and built to last
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
