About The Position

We’re looking for a skilled, motivated and experienced metal refinisher to bring their talent and craft to our expanding markets. As a refinisher, you’ll be using your expertise in buffing, stripping, sanding, masking, filling, spraying, oxidizing, and finishing techniques to restore surfaces to their best state.

Requirements

2 yrs + experience preferred
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
Current and valid driver’s license, with an insurable driving record
Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
Comfortable with heights and working in confined spaces
Ability to kneel, squat, bend, lift, reach, climb and carry equipment up to 60lbs unassisted
Painter or spraying experience of any type
High level of attention to detail/cleanliness

Responsibilities

Accountable for completing work orders to ensure all jobs are completed to quality standards and in a timely manner
Eventually leading crews ensuring all work is completed to MASS and Customer standards
Complete applicable training, moving into a foreman role within 3 months of hire
Successfully complete all required safety and training modules
Working with solvents, chemicals, pneumatic and power tools
Follow all safety and OSHA related protocols, including the use of company vehicles
Work nights (generally 4/5pm – 2/3am) with flexibility to work occasional days or weekends
Occasion out of town travel (in company van, with daily per diem allowance & individual hotel)
