About The Position
Absolute Metal Finishing is seeking an experienced Metal Finisher/Hardcoat Anodizer to join our team in Norwood, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive starting pay of $25 per hour, with the potential for bonuses based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal finishing and anodizing processes, ensuring high-quality results in our production line. We are committed to providing training for candidates who may not have extensive experience but possess a mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. As a Metal Finisher/Hardcoat Anodizer, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing metal components to meet customer specifications. This includes operating anodizing equipment, monitoring the finishing process, and performing quality checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be expected to manage your time effectively to meet production deadlines while maintaining the quality of your work.
