About The Position
Endless Energy, a growing Massachusetts energy efficiency company, established for 40 years, is seeking self-motivated individuals that are ready to grow their career as a Home Energy Specialist. Home Energy Specialists help Massachusetts residents conduct home energy assessments utilizing technology to make energy efficiency recommendations that help residents save on their energy bills. This position will work directly with the Mass Save® program recommendations surrounding insulation, windows, high efficiency heating and cooling, and other energy saving measures. We provide an excellent paid training program! Our comprehensive training program combines both field experience and BPI certification which results in you being a trained professional in the energy efficiency field ready to begin a strong career in a fast growing industry! No experience is necessary, although applicants with prior BPI certification will be eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $2,500.00.
