About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will oversee the review and implementation of employee suggestions (Voice of the Technician - VoT) and review/analyze production yield data to identify and eliminate high-impact systemic issues, translating data into actionable implementation plans.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• More than 2 years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects.
• More than 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• More than 2 years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
• More than 2 years of experience in aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• More than 2 years of experience using strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience implementing Lean methodologies and productivity improvements.
• Experience with project management.
• Experience facilitating work teams, provides necessary training, and leads problem resolution and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
• Provide advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects that affect organization efficiency.
• Apply process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns.
• Uses problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems.
• Gathers data, conducts analyses, and develops recommendations for implementation of new systems and processes.
