About The Position
The IMF is seeking experienced macroeconomists from the Sub-Saharan Africa region to join its Mid-Career Pipeline, a pool of candidates eligible for internal macroeconomist vacancies. This role involves engaging in macroeconomic analysis, structural reforms, and contributing to policy advice across various regions. Candidates will work collaboratively in small teams at the IMF headquarters in Washington DC, addressing global economic challenges and focusing on macro-critical policy areas such as digital money, gender, inclusion, and governance.
