Experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Engineer
About The Position
The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) - Phantom Works organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Observables Mission Systems Integration Engineer to support an integrated product team in the design and integration of an advanced sensor for a next generation platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low observable technologies and systems integration, with a focus on antennas, apertures & radomes. This role requires technical leadership and collaboration across various engineering disciplines to ensure the successful integration of low observable sensors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- Knowledge of Basic Electromagnetic Principles: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and its application in low observable systems.
- Experience with Low Observable Integration: Proven experience in the integration of antennas and apertures in low observable platforms.
- Computational Electromagnetic Solvers: Proficiency in using computational tools for electromagnetic analysis and design.
- Technical Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams in a collaborative environment.
- Antenna Design and Integration: In-depth knowledge of antenna design principles and integration techniques.
- Low Observable Platforms: Experience in the design and integration of low observable platforms, including familiarity with relevant materials and technologies.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance and Special Program Access (US Only Citizenship Required)

- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
