About The Position

BGSF is hiring experienced Leasing Consultants to join top Property Management teams in your area! This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to grow in multifamily or make a great impression for a full-time role in the booming property management industry.

Requirements

• 6+ months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience - REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws - REQUIRED
• Strong customer service and closing skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon - a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents, promoting available apartment homes
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and complete paperwork accurately
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability and pricing
• Submit work orders and resolve resident concerns with professionalism
• Support marketing efforts, social media content, and resident events
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general administrative duties
