About The Position
The Lead Server at The Harmony Collection at Roanoke Assisted Living is responsible for providing courteous meal service to residents and guests, supervising server assignments, and ensuring a clean and organized dining environment. This role includes training new staff, maintaining schedules, and overseeing the dining experience during meal times.
