About The Position

Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. We are looking to add motivated team members and leaders. This is a seasonal position with potential for full time and hours may vary but normal season hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday - Thursday. Some overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Possess a Pesticide applicator's License (IL) - a must
• Be able to read and write in English
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation
• A high school degree or GED is preferred
• A minimum of two years of lawn spray field experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing service estimates
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers about services offered/needed
• Safely and efficiently able to operate FWC commercial equipment
• Efficiently spray/spread fertilizer, weed control, and pesticides
• Aerating and overseeding, seeding and other turf-related duties efficiently
• Ability to thrive working both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to safely drive company vehicles such as box trucks or truck with trailer
