About The Position

RP Tech Services, located in Bridgewater, NJ, is a Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) catering to small and medium-sized businesses across various industries in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. We are on the lookout for an experienced IT Account Executive who is not only organized and personable but also technologically adept. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts, enhancing client relations, and supporting our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be focused on growing our client base and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming sales leads, responsible for responding to, vetting, and taking action on these leads. You will handle customer satisfaction issues related to accounts, ensuring the quality of existing relationships while becoming a trusted resource for our clients. The role also involves proactive outreach, including cold-calling and hunting for new opportunities during downtime, as well as assisting in outbound lead generation efforts. You will be tasked with identifying and executing upsell opportunities with existing clients, preparing and managing sales-related documents such as IT support agreements, quotes, and sales proposals. Ensuring that contracts are executed properly and working closely with coordination admins to place and track orders with vendors for client purchases will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service, and you will coordinate meetings and service calls for both sales and technical support teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for retrieving clients' warranty information, subscriptions, and license keys for the support team, auditing clients' recurring service agreements, and maintaining up-to-date account information in our internal CRM databases. This role requires a proactive approach to managing your workload efficiently, prioritizing tasks, and tracking the status of multiple activities while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
