About The Position
Zelman & Associates is seeking an Experienced Investment Banking Analyst to work directly with senior origination and execution executives. The role involves supporting the origination and execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions, as well as equity and debt financings. The analyst will be responsible for transaction execution including modeling, drafting marketing materials, and due diligence, while maintaining the high standards of industry-leading client service that Zelman has developed a reputation for. The position also requires developing strong relationships with internal departments to maximize firm-wide success and profitability.
