About The Position

The company's construction and installation teams build fueling and charging stations in retail, commercial, industrial, and government sectors, while service and field teams perform maintenance and ensure environmental compliance. SPATCO offers a comprehensive range of services including equipment, parts, and expertise, supported by in-house, on-the-job training programs. This position involves working as part of a team on ground-up construction projects to install piping, tanks, and electrical/mechanical systems at various sites such as service stations, commercial sites, marinas, and airports. Training is provided for install/construction positions and service technicians.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Reliable employee, detail oriented with strong communication skills
Ability to lift 75 –100 lbs
Ability to work outside during all types of weather
Ability to work with others to ensure deadlines are met

Nice To Haves

Construction experience
Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity
Installer certifications in the product line
Heavy equipment operation experience

Responsibilities

Ability to travel to job sites (may require overnight travel)
Must be able to operate heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment
Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing
Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure deadlines are met
Follow safety procedures at all times
Ensure safe housekeeping practices are followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day
