About The Position
ATTENTION: PORTLAND, OREGON We are seeking an Experienced Inside Sales Representative to support pricing, quotations, and customer orders while developing long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for an experienced inside sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of inside sales experience
- Computer Proficient
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- CRM/ERP experience
- Industrial or value-added product knowledge preferred

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Generate and follow up on quotations
- Convert inquiries into sales orders
- Provide technical product support
- Process orders, returns, credits, debits, and scrap returns
- Monitor inventory and communicate issues
- Resolve customer service issues
- Develop non-major and target accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Monitor competitor pricing and products
- Travel as needed
