Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• EPA Section 608 certification
• TDLR registration
• NATE certification
• Proficiency with electrical and mechanical systems
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn more and keep growing in the trade
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
• Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar tools
• Ability to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and scheduling
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems
• Clearly explain service options to customers
• Complete high-quality repairs
• Ensure client satisfaction
• Recommend upgrades and additional services when appropriate
• Create positive relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
