About The Position

The Experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Boeing plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals within the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Vertical Lift Division. This position focuses on enhancing employee engagement, supporting HR processes, and fostering a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion. The HRBP will work closely with leadership and various HR functions to deliver integrated HR support and improve the overall employee experience for approximately 5,000 team members.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes.
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions.
  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Human Resources certification.
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives.
  • Experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role.
  • Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Provide visible HR presence where employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery.
  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes such as performance support and leadership coaching.
  • Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence to provide input for the design of HR programs.
  • Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided.
  • Partner with leadership to provide guidance and sound advice on strategy and day-to-day people operations.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the majority of HR products and services.
