We're looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. Job Summary: The Experienced Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, and public areas at Kindred Resort while ensuring adherence to luxury standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation. This role supports inventory organization, reports maintenance and safety needs, and provides training and guidance to less experienced housekeepers. With a balance of independence and teamwork, this position plays a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences.

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, offices, and common areas (including restrooms) to Kindred's luxury standards
  • Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies with consistency and care
  • Maintain organization of housekeeping carts and supply closets, ensuring readiness for daily use
  • Inspect assigned spaces for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns, reporting issues promptly
  • Provide mentorship to new housekeeping staff by modeling best practices and sharing knowledge
  • Support inventory tracking and notify leadership of supply needs
  • Deliver exceptional guest service, responding promptly and courteously to requests
  • Follow safety and ergonomic guidelines when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Uphold sustainability initiatives, including recycling and safe chemical usage
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
  • 1-3 years of previous housekeeping experience required; luxury resort or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as business needs require
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods while bending and lifting
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently without constant supervision
