We are seeking an Experienced Homecare Staffing Coordinator who is passionate about helping others and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role requires effective communication skills, preferably in multiple languages, to ensure that our clients receive the care they need when they need it. As a Homecare Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of our homecare staff. This includes matching clients with caregivers, addressing any staffing issues that arise, and maintaining open communication with both clients and caregivers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Your role is crucial in ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and client care plans, while also maintaining accurate records of client and caregiver interactions.
