About The Position

The Experienced High Rise Site Supervisor at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is responsible for overseeing security operations at client sites, ensuring compliance with post orders, and managing a team of security personnel. This role involves training, coaching, and disciplining staff, as well as maintaining communication with clients to ensure security requirements are met. The supervisor will also handle administrative tasks such as payroll submission and report preparation, while being prepared to step in as a Security Officer when necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. with 2 years of related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Knowledge of security operations, including patrol, inspection, and response services.
• Understanding of supervisory practices and procedures.
• Ability to motivate performance and provide positive direction.
• Familiarity with security and safety devices and controls.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions in various forms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain schedules.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in high-rise security operations.
• Knowledge of state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites to ensure compliance with post orders.
• Coach and discipline personnel as needed, documenting actions taken.
• Train Security Officers and review post orders with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with management.
• Prepare and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Carry out supervisory duties including interviewing, training, and performance appraisals as assigned.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer as needed.
