Requirements

Minimum 5 years of skilled carpentry, gutter installation, or exterior construction experience.
A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Valid driver’s license (must be 18+).

Nice To Haves

Previous gutter installation experience and passion for craftsmanship is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and specialty gutter systems.
Lead by example on the job site while delivering top-quality craftsmanship.
Interact professionally with clients and team members.
