About The Position
Precision Doors is seeking experienced, self-motivated, and hardworking Garage Door Technicians and Installers to join our team in the Sacramento Valley. As a growing company with over 20 years in the business, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $150,000 per year, along with healthcare benefits. This is an immediate opportunity for experienced technicians and installers looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment. Our technicians enjoy hourly pay supplemented by weekly bonuses, and we pride ourselves on being the best team in the business. In this role, you will be provided with a company truck, gas, parts, jobs, and uniforms. You will have the flexibility to take your truck home after work, provided you have a safe place to keep it overnight. Our work schedule typically consists of five days a week, including one weekend day as needed. We value dependability, good customer service, and a positive attitude, which are essential traits for success in this position. You will be expected to self-manage your tasks and responsibilities effectively. Candidates should have at least six months of garage door experience and must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and carry materials comfortably for distances of up to 30 yards. Professionalism in both appearance and communication is a must. Additionally, all candidates will undergo a background check and drug testing as part of the hiring process.
