Requirements

5+ years of furniture installation experience.
Proficiency with hand/power tools and tape measure.
All tools will be provided
Valid driver's license and current DOT physical.
Ability to lift 70+ lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

Load, deliver, unload, and distribute furniture orders.
Assemble and install furniture per specifications; inspect for proper operability.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance (uniform provided).
Document installations, deliveries, and punch items in company systems (MOSS, CORE).
Read and interpret blueprints, including workstation layouts, panel systems, and electrical components.
Install panels, case goods, wall tracks, and troubleshoot power issues.
Communicate with customers, supervisors, and other trades on-site; address changes or issues promptly.
Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring tools, equipment, and schedules are followed.
Attend pre-install meetings for large projects and ensure layouts match design specifications.
Maintain truck cleanliness and prepare for next-day jobs.
Strategically resolve unexpected issues to keep projects on track.
Close out jobs with customers and ensure satisfaction.
