Requirements

2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
Ability to use electronic diagnostic tools and software
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Ford Certification is a plus
Previous Ford dealership experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance as listed on repair orders
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify issues
Diagnose and repair systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and air conditioning
Communicate with Service Advisors about additional needed repairs and time estimates
Complete warranty and customer repairs following manufacturer standards
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
