About The Position

Position Details: Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Time: 8:00am to 4:30pm Salary Range: From $18 to $30 per hour based on experience The Fish Cutter position will perform the following duties: Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications. Monitors quality control and sanitation. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ years of fish cutting experience
