About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Financial Analyst (Level 3) to join our dynamic finance team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on Estimate at Complete (EAC) methodologies. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience performing financial analysis
  • 3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EACs)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support project management and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast project costs, revenues, and profitability.
  • Prepare and present EAC reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather data and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted performance, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required by management.
  • Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and project management.
