We are seeking a Field Copier Technician to service the Wenatchee, WA area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Tri-Cities and surrounding areas. PAID TRAINING included!

Requirements

Canon, Ricoh, HP, or Lexmark experience strongly preferred
Mechanical and Electrical Mindset
Strong computer knowledge a plus!

Nice To Haves

Other experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers is a plus!

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
Developing options to solve unusual problems
Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations
