About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced F-22 Structures Mechanic to join the F-22 program at Hickam Air Force Base (AFB), Hawaii. The position involves assembling, disassembling, and/or modifying systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading aerospace vehicle components to correct failures or implement changes. The mechanic will oversee assembly, disassembly, or overhaul, configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment, and troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Additionally, the role includes performing validation/verification testing of systems and components, documenting procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, inspecting components, verifying repairs for flight worthiness requirements, overseeing training, and working under general direction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with aircraft modifications, upgrades, or retrofit projects.
• Experience with primary structures and modification work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience on military fighter platforms (F-16, F-18, F-22, F-5, F-14, or F-15).
