We’re hiring a skilled exterior installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and wants steady, year-round projects with a team that does things the right way. Military experience is welcome—if you list an MOS/Rate/AFSC, we’ll help translate it to the role.

Requirements

  • Construction, carpentry, facilities maintenance, or exterior installation experience required
  • Window and/or door installation experience required; gutter experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read a tape measure, follow work orders, and complete installs independently or as part of a crew
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Must pass pre-employment screening per company policy

Nice To Haves

  • Gutter installation experience
  • Metal brake experience
  • Crew lead experience or interest in mentoring newer installers

Responsibilities

  • Install residential replacement windows, exterior doors, and gutter systems to company standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Measure accurately and complete layout, cutting, fitting, fastening, flashing, and sealing for long-term performance and weather protection
  • Deliver high-quality finishes: plumb/level/square window and door installs, clean trim/caulk work, and thorough cleanup
  • Install gutters and downspouts with proper pitch, secure fastening, sealed joints, and water directed away from the home
  • Identify and communicate job-site issues such as out-of-square openings, rot/water damage, framing concerns, or fascia/soffit damage that can impact window, door, or gutter performance
  • Protect customer property and maintain a professional homeowner experience from start to finish
  • Maintain a safe, organized job site and follow all safety procedures (PPE, ladders, tool safety)
  • Keep tools and equipment organized and ready; support daily production goals without sacrificing quality
