About The Position
The Boeing Global Talent, Development & Employee Experience organization is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Employee Assessment Specialist to join the Assessment Science team in Seattle, WA. This role is critical in supporting the administration and operations of employee assessments and feedback processes, including executive assessments, 360-degree feedback, and other evaluation methodologies. The assessment specialist will play a key role in ensuring effective evaluation processes that support talent selection, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives, leveraging strong project management skills to facilitate successful execution and collaboration with stakeholders.
