About The Position

Under the direction of the Floor Supervisor, the Table Games Dealer is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The incumbent is also responsible for the delivery of Customer Service standards while maintaining the integrity of the games.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be able to deal Black Jack with a high level of proficiency.
• Two years of Casino Dealer experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs the functions of a Table Games Dealer on an assigned shift.
• Responsible for dealing an assigned game in accordance with established policy and procedures.
• Creates an atmosphere for guests to make Hard Rock their choice for gaming entertainment; responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to team members in order to provide superior guest service.
• Provides game security and protects Company assets by facing games at all times and being able to recreate bets/situations when necessary.
• Responsible for handling all monies (bankrolls, payoffs, come and prop bets, making change and check handling) accurately in games.
• Able to verbalize all aspects of the game including answering questions in regard to other games and the property.
• Attend seminars when needed.
