About The Position

The Experienced Bartender at Palmira Golf Club is responsible for providing high-quality customer service in a vibrant and elegant setting. This role involves mixing and serving drinks, creating craft cocktails, and ensuring a friendly atmosphere for club members. The bartender will also assist in the overall Food and Beverage operation, representing the club with professionalism and creativity.

Requirements

• Extensive Country Club or Restaurant bartending experience is a must!
• Craft cocktail knowledge and a passion for creating them!

Responsibilities

• Mixes, prepares, and serves drinks according to recipes to ensure proper wine and liquor pours for proper COGS.
• Serving food and beverages.
• Follows set-up procedures.
• Prepares garnishes for mixed drinks.
• Create new exciting craft cocktails and implement current trends in the market.
• Train bartenders and FOH staff in new drinks and specials.
• Learning current menus through the season.
• Order entry into Jonas POS system.
• Provide quality products, excellent service, and a friendly atmosphere for all members.
• Rack all dirty glasses in designated dish-washing area.
• Oversee cleanliness of bars and bar storage areas.
• Maintain proper sanitation, safety procedures and cleanliness in work areas.
• Make sure bars are clean, area is mopped, and all garbage bags emptied before end of shift.
• Ensure adequate supplies are ready for following service.
