Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with International contracts
  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Responsibilities

  • Lead the management and administration of complex contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout
  • Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, Boeing policies, and customer requirements
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proposal development, contract modifications, and claims
  • Provide expert guidance on contract interpretation, pricing, and performance metrics
  • Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives
  • Support audits and reviews by internal and external agencies
  • Mentor and guide junior contract specialists to enhance team capabilities
