We are seeking an Experienced Concrete Polishing Technician who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and excellence. Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete polishing or related flooring trades.
Proficient in diamond tooling selection, grit progression, and finish level control.
Familiar with moisture testing, surface hardness, and coating removal techniques.
Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel for projects.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end concrete polishing including grinding, honing, densifying, sealing, and burnishing.
Operate and maintain planetary grinders, edge machines, vacuums, and burnishers (Husqvarna, Lavina, HTC, etc.).
Read and follow project specifications, ensuring correct grit progression and finish level.
Apply densifiers, guards, stains, and sealers per manufacturer guidelines.
Conduct minor concrete repairs, patching, and surface prep as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including silica dust control and PPE use.
Train and support junior technicians and assist foremen with jobsite planning.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
