We are seeking an Experienced Concrete Polishing Technician who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and excellence. Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete polishing or related flooring trades.
  • Proficient in diamond tooling selection, grit progression, and finish level control.
  • Familiar with moisture testing, surface hardness, and coating removal techniques.
  • Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be willing to travel for projects.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end concrete polishing including grinding, honing, densifying, sealing, and burnishing.
  • Operate and maintain planetary grinders, edge machines, vacuums, and burnishers (Husqvarna, Lavina, HTC, etc.).
  • Read and follow project specifications, ensuring correct grit progression and finish level.
  • Apply densifiers, guards, stains, and sealers per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct minor concrete repairs, patching, and surface prep as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including silica dust control and PPE use.
  • Train and support junior technicians and assist foremen with jobsite planning.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
