Requirements

2+ years of trowel machine finishing experiencing.
Must have personal smartphone for time tracking and communication with team
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. and assist with loading tools and equipment
Must have drivers license and transportation to get to work

Responsibilities

Prepare, place, and finish concrete for commercial projects
Screed, edge, hand float/trowel finish, and trowel machine concrete to achieve a smooth, flat, and durable finish
Read site conditions and work with the crew to ensure proper timing and finishing techniques
Assist with forming, site preparation, and job site setup as needed
Work as part of a team to keep job sites organized, efficient, and respectful of customer property
Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets Crouse Concrete expectations for craftsmanship
Contribute to a positive and safe work environment
Assist with additional tasks as needed
