Lift & Rope Descent Technicians Encouraged to Apply Willow Grove, PA | Full-Time | Year-Round Work LWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners who already work in the industry and want steady commercial work, organized crews, and higher earning potential. This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for technicians comfortable working at height who can contribute immediately. Higher Starting Pay for Experience Compensation based on experience and certifications Premium pay considered for: Aerial lift operators Rope descent technicians Scaffolding experience Crew leads Typical Work Commercial building window cleaning Lift work and drop work Water-fed pole systems Atriums and interior glass Hospitals, campuses, large facilities
Requirements
- Prior window cleaning or high-access experience
