About The Position

Tecta America New England, founded in 1988 as Delta Roofing, is one of the largest and most successful roofing companies in the northeast. They are looking for experienced commercial roofers in North Billerica, MA, offering full-time, year-round work, career advancement opportunities, and great benefits. Under the direction of the crew’s Foreman, Commercial Roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, and PVC.

Requirements

• Commercial roofing experience
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism
• Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Install all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC
• Maintain all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC
• Repair all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC
