About The Position

Sterling McCall Fort Bend Toyota is part of fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and we are looking to add qualified Front Desk Admin to our team. Schedule: Weekdays 7am-6pm, Rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm (40hr). Requirements

• Need experience in Collision repair shop customer service.
• CDK Payables experience.
• ADP Dealer Services Experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers, obtaining all pertinent customer, vehicle and insurance information.
• Introduces customer to estimator on a rotating basis.
• Ensures that each customer is informed of the details or repair, including scheduling time and procedures, labor rate differences, insurance company requirements, payment procedures and all applicable warranties.
• Assist estimators in scheduling appointments for incoming jobs.
• Maintain an appointment log to ensure accurate appointment scheduling.
• Maintain regular customer contact prior to appointment date and time.
• Ensure that all necessary parts have arrived on day prior to appointment.
• Monitor status of each job in process.
• Follow up with each customer every 48 hours or as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document pertinent information regarding repairs and conversations with customers in Car Trac system.
• Assist customers with insurance questions and issues and resolve when possible.
