About The Position
Ovation Home Care, a Home Care Pulse Best of Home Care EMPLOYER OF CHOICE , is seeking a CNA or Home Health Aide to join our roster. In this role, you will actively enhance the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities, significantly improving their quality of life. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring timely medication reminders, assisting with personal care, performing light housekeeping tasks, running errands, and undertaking other essential activities that elevate the client’s daily experience. Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNA, Home Health Aide, or similar role is mandatory
- CPR certification is a must
- Reliable transportation to client locations in the Ocala area is a must
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
- Compassionate, respectful, ethical, motivated to serve
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assist with mobility, walking, and therapy exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping activities
