Requirements

• Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the state of Georgia
• Minimum experience caring for seniors or homebound individuals (1+ year preferred)
• Driver's License, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable providing personal care and assisting with daily living tasks
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and proof of TB test

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care, including bathing, toileting, grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with clients
• Assist with errands and transportation, when needed
• Follow personalized care plans and document client updates
• Promote safety, comfort, and independence at home
