About The Position

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join a manufacturing warehouse team. This role focuses on building, repairing, and modifying wooden structures, crates, pallets, and custom fixtures to support production and shipping operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug and background screening
• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience required
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Build and repair crates, skids, pallets, and custom wood packaging
• Construct and modify work platforms, shelving, and fixtures
• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and specifications
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools (saws, nail guns, drills)
• Perform quality checks to ensure structural integrity
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies
