Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional carpentry experience
• Proficiency in finish and rough carpentry: framing, trim, door/window installation, cabinet/millwork fitting, siding, decking.
• Experience with concrete forming and basic flat¬work.
• Comfortable operating forklifts, skid steers, or excavators.
• Reliable, safety-oriented, and capable of working independently or in teams.
• Strong communication skills—client-facing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry tasks—framing, trim, cabinetry, doors/windows, siding, decking—on residential remodels and new construction.
• Install and fit custom cabinetry and millwork in kitchens, closets, bathrooms, and specialty spaces.
• Assist with forming and pouring concrete for foundations, footings, and patios.
• Help build outdoor living features like pavilions, pergolas, and decks.
• Collaborate with foremen and trade partners; maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Provide exceptional on-site customer service in occupied-home settings—maintaining communication and respect.
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
