About The Position

DeLeers Construction has a full time position available for an experienced Carpenter in our Maintenance Division. Maintenance Technicians enjoy variety in their work as they learn all aspects of carpentry and home repair. Tasks include wall patching (drywall/paint), roof patching, window replacements, siding, trim and finish carpentry work, pressure washing, and more. Maintenance technicians ride with an experienced crew lead to be mentored and learn the carpentry trade.

Requirements

• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb extension ladders
• Valid driver's license that meets DeLeers Construction Safe Driver Standards
• Some carpentry and home repair experience
• Ability to read a tape measure
