Experienced Caregiver - Part-time Days

About The Position

Make a real difference in someone’s ability to stay independent at home. We’re looking for a dependable, proactive caregiver to support a client who thrives with structure, routine, and hands-on engagement. This is not a “sit and supervise” role — this is a "lead-the-day" role. The client is someone who has spent her life staying active, productive, and hands-on. As a former homemaker and dairy farmer, she takes pride in keeping a home running and feels most comfortable when she’s engaged in familiar, meaningful tasks like cleaning, cooking, crafting, or tending to plants. Being useful and involved isn’t just preference for her, it’s part of her identity. The right caregiver won’t just “be there”, they will recreate the rhythm, structure, and sense of purpose that help the client feel like herself. At BHC, caregivers are set up for success with clear expectations, strong care plans, and real support. We focus on matching caregivers to the right clients so you can do your best work every shift. At Home Instead, our work is guided by Integrity, Accountability, Connection, Collaboration, and Creativity. We believe in building genuine relationships, honoring dignity, and supporting one another as a team—every client, every visit. If you’re a compassionate caregiver who values consistency, teamwork, and truly meaningful work, we’d love to connect. We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
