About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring caregivers, offering top pay rates of $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. As an Employer of Choice, TheKey provides exceptional support to its caregivers who transform the lives of aging adults. The role involves providing personalized, 1:1 care to clients living with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and/or other cognitive impairments in the safety of their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle
Comply with state background screening requirements
Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety (Cognitive & Behavioral Support)
Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience (Personal Care)
Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing (Home Safety & Housekeeping)
Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping (Transportation)
Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs (Companionship)
