About The Position
CareOne Senior Care is seeking a highly skilled, dependable caregiver for a high-acuity private-duty case in Bloomfield Hills. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who take pride in delivering exceptional care and want consistent hours with a dedicated client. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for caregivers who are confident, reliable, and experienced with advanced care needs. Opportunity for consistent, ongoing hours with potential to expand schedule. Requirements
- Proven experience with Hoyer lift transfers
- Experience supporting clients with PEG tubes
- Strong understanding of mobility support and wheelchair care
- Comfortable driving client’s accessible van (valid driver’s license required)
- Ability to manage higher-acuity care with confidence and attention to detail
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are essential.
- Minimum 1+ years of caregiving experience (high-acuity preferred)
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background screening
- Physically capable of assisting with transfers and mobility needs
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care with dignity and respect
- Safely perform transfers and mobility assistance
- Monitor client condition and communicate changes appropriately
- Support daily routines, including meals and light household tasks
- Provide transportation to appointments and outings when needed
- Follow established care plans and complete documentation accurately
