We welcome professionals with 3+ years of experience who are available for daytime, nighttime, weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts . Requirements

  • Certification is not required, but must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
  • Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility
  • Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
  • Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or photo ID
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on caregiving experience (home health, hospice, nursing home, or similar settings preferred)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality with a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful connections through conversation
  • Capable of managing light physical tasks associated with daily caregiving duties
  • Proficient in spoken English; clear and respectful communication with clients and team members
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills for documentation and client interaction

Responsibilities

  • Set your own consistent schedule —choose shifts that align with your availability and lifestyle
  • Deliver personalized care in the comfort of the client’s home , fostering trust and meaningful relationships
  • Provide companionship and emotional support , ensuring each client feels valued and heard
  • Assist with daily personal care routines , including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
  • Monitor and promptly report changes in client health or behavior to ensure timely interventions
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable environment through light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and room tidying
  • Accurately document care provided , supporting continuity and quality of service
