Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not necessary (we'll pay for your training!)
• Experience working with individuals with dementia is strongly preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds minimum and pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
• Honest, energetic, and caring individual with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housework, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship
• Support clients with dementia through compassionate and informed care
• Work primarily in clients' homes, with varying shift times and activities
