About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking an experienced Caregiver/CNA to join our team in Towson, Maryland. This full-time position requires working from 3 PM to 11 PM, including every other weekend. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to provide warm, engaging personal care services and support to our residents, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a HHA or CHHA; Medication Aide certification is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, nursing, or as a caregiver.
• Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' day and personal care needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
